Our records indicate that you have purchased or are operating the Saminco A800715 system in one or more of your shuttle cars or continuous miners. Due to component availability, Saminco must discontinue the line of JS400’s systems from further production effective December 31st, 2019.
We will provide repair and exchange service until the end of 2020 depending on parts availability.
The following JS400 system components will be affected:
- Shuttle Cars
- A800715-X – All versions
- A800718-1 – JS400 Master Control Module
- Continuous Miners
- A800715-X – All versions
- A800743-X – All versions
- A800744-1 – JS400 CM Master Control Module
- A800110 – Diagnostic Display
With this notification, we are extending the opportunity of a last time buy for these products.
Last time buy conditions:
- All purchase orders for new product must be received by September 1st, 2019
- Delivery of all new product must be accepted by December 31st, 2019
- All new purchase orders are non-cancelable and non-returnable
- A 12 month warranty will be honored based on the date of shipment and shall not extend beyond December 31st, 2020.
These drive system components have been superseded by the A800815 – JD400. Please contact your Saminco representative for a suitable JD400 replacement system or the possibility of a drive conversion.
